What fees apply to withdrawals?

Whalestack doesn't charge any withdrawal fees by itself. Payouts to the Stellar Network are entirely free of charge as we pay Stellar's blockchain fees. For payouts to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or other PoW protocols a mining fee applies, which is usually around 0.1% plus some small fixed amount. The fee is communicated to your during the API or UI fund transfer process.

Payouts to SEPA incur an additional ~ 0.4% fee by our banking provider. Payouts to SWIFT incur a ~ 0.6% fee by our banking provider. Payouts to Brazil's banking network are free of charge.
