What fees apply?

We have a simple pricing model with a small percentage fee on deposits and completed checkouts in your account. There are no setup, hidden, or monthly fees.

Settlement Fee (Checkouts/Deposits)

0.5% percentage fee. If you create a charge for 100.00 USD, you will be credited 99.50 USD when the funds arrive.

Withdrawals/Transfers

Payouts to the Stellar Network are entirely free of charge as we pay its blockchain fees. For payouts to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or other PoW protocols a mining fee applies, which is usually around 0.1% plus some small fixed amount. The fee is communicated to your during the API or UI fund transfer process.

Payouts to SEPA incur an additional ~ 0.4% fee by our banking provider. Payouts to SWIFT incur a ~ 0.6% fee by our banking provider. Payouts to Brazil's banking network are free of charge.
