When you complete a bank deposit of 1,000 EUR via SEPA, your account will be credited with a net amount of 991.02 EURC (or its equivalent in USDC if you have selected it as your target asset). The bank will deduct a 4 EUR fee (minimum SEPA fee), and then Whalestack will apply its 0.50 % deposit fee to the remaining amount. |

Whalestack does not collect any fee on outbound blockchain transactions but you are responsible for the mining or network fee, if any.
You pay a fixed fee of 0.0002 BTC and a percentage fee of 0.10 %.

No fees apply when transferring on the Stellar Network or using Lightning. For Bitcoin or Litecoin transfers, a small percentage fee and fixed fee are applied to cover mining costs. You can choose whether you or the recipient bears this fee. When transferring USDC or EURC to Ethereum, a flat fee of 10 EURC or USDC applies to cover the network transaction cost. |

Transactions involving automatic asset exchange, such as checkouts, depend on the available liquidity on the Stellar Decentralized Exchange. Transactions that automatically convert from a custom payment asset (e.g., BTC) into USDC or EURC are currently subject to the following limits.

EURCExchange Rates
Crypto and stablecoin asset exchange takes place on the Stellar Decentralized Exchange (SDEX) and is subject to the available liquidity in liquidity pools and order book markets on the Stellar Network. Whalestack incorporates exchange rate protection, preventing transactions or asset swaps that deviate significantly from global market average exchange rates. For USD/EUR and EUR/USD exchange rates (relevant during SWIFT or SEPA payouts), these rates are determined by the processing bank, following the guidelines provided by the European Central Bank (ECB).
