Whalestack LLC (Company Number 0000970546) is a limited liability company incorporated at 54 Jedności Street, 65-018 Zielona Góra, Poland. Whalestack LLC reports to the General Inspector of Financial Information and is authorized by the Polish Ministry of Finance to provide virtual currency exchange and custody services under Virtual Asset Service Provider number RDWW-311.

The company is entered into the Polish register of business activities in the field of virtual currencies (Polish Register of Virtual Asset Service Providers) under number RDWW-311 and is entitled to:

1. exchange between virtual currencies and means of payment
2. exchange between virtual currencies
3. intermediation in the exchange referred to in point 1 and 2
4. provide virtual currency custody for clients
