How can I customize the tolerance threshold for underpaid checkouts?
To configure settlement settings, simply go to your account settings.
Select Settlement Settings.
- Underpaid Checkouts - Configures the behavior for handling underpaid checkouts.
You can select manual review for underpaid transactions or automatic settings.
- Overpaid Transactions - Configures the behavior for handling overpaid transactions. This setting triggers when excess payments arrive towards checkouts that have already been completed and credited.
